These blueprints are for the future humanity of action takers and enlightened masters. They will one day rule over this planet and humanity. These blueprint plans are always hypothesis, however should not be taken lightly.

They must be experimented and implemented ASAP. Results must be recorded during every step of the experiment.

Also, note detailed observation for improvements, better methods and better delivery of experimentations.

Environmental Protection Recycling (EPR)

Force reallocation of money, however much is necessary from government taxes or wherever possible into cleaning the environment.

A new system where recycling is not only required by all people and businesses nationwide, but enforceable by law. The planet is on an irreversible path to destruction unless laws are made to change this.

Dump companies will be forced to incorporate strict recycling methods and practices to speed up the process with government funded assistance.

Nationwide recycling fines imposed if people do not recycle. MUST recycle ANY AND ALL materials that can be recycled no exceptions. With bins for recycling provided by the government. Or if possible create robots to handle separation of recyclable materials in homes.

Every person must be sent a letter in the mail teaching them how to recycle properly. As well as detailed information about how many bins will be required for all recyclable materials, fines for not recycling and where to find the nearest dump center.

Every city must have recycling bins for designated materials with sturdy bins every four blocks or so. Also a dump site that is easily available for all, as well as large enough to accommodate city sizes.

New materials, products and methods of recycling must be researched, developed, mass produced, and enforced to be used by all companies. Scientists must continuously be working on higher recycling effectiveness and development. We can and will find better methods of recycling and must mass produce and make these methods available world wide as soon as possible.

A clean planet is a healthy one. Future generations will look back with great compassion and love in their hearts because of the hard work we did.
